Dear Mark Zuckerberg,
I write you as a customer and as technocrat-shilton. I would like to bring it to your attention that people do not like change. Do you remember how people had a minor heart attack with your newsfeed stunt? At that time I even took a minute to write you an email in which you responded assuring me that once I got used to it I would love it. I changed all my personal setting so as little as possible would show up on the news feed, I like it more than I did at first but I still don't like it too much. Now you've done it again, you've made it so that people can't minimize the mini-feed, you know what? If you saw everyone minimizing the mini-feed all the time than maybe that should have been your hint that people don't like it. Instead it feels like you're holding our throats trying to force-feed this "amazing service" of yours. I don't appreciate being force fed. Furthermore I understand that you're doing a total overhaul of the UI. I'm not excited about this and I think people are going to get very upset. We have come accustomed to a certain look and feel with the layout of the pages- we know where everything is and we like it this way. Please don't make tabs for the profiles, it's a bad bad idea. Please don't change the colors, we like the familiar blue and white pages. I'm not sure you know what you're doing here Markie, perhaps you should hire me and I can stare you in the right direction. Until then, good luck digging your own grave. I told you before I was one step away from deleting my account, this might just be the straw that broke the camel's back, we'll see.
Best,
The technocrat.
